Email Channels

Parents are able to email the office and senior management for most matters relating to school.

In order for the school to efficiently deal with email requests from parents, we ask that parents:

  • include their child’s full name and form in the email subject;
  • email just ONE member of staff per request;
  • do not email form or subject teachers as they are fully occupied with the children’s care and teaching.

Lateness or Absence
Main Office:

Leave of Absence for dental/medical appts, external exams in music, dance etc.
Main Office:

Leave of Absence for religious festivals 

Leave of Absence for family occasions that require travel abroad

Withdrawals, References, Family Situations, Dietary, Complaints

Family circumstance, Parental Separation, Bereavement or a Funeral,
